Enrolling in a health plan is just the beginning. Going forward, you will have a local advocate to help you with your plan. If you have questions, we will be here to personally answer them. If you have an issue with your insurance plan, we will be here to personally help you to resolve them.
If your needs change, or if the insurance company raises your costs, we will be here to personally help you to change your plan if necessary. Also, if you are eligible for assistance that will help lower your costs, we will help you apply for that assistance.
